Polaroid Film 667 ISO3000 Advice Needed

Dear All,

I have been given a big stash of original, sealed Polaroid 667 Film ISO3000.

Can you give me any advice on how to shoot it?
Is it a simple "pull out" instant film?

I would like to use the film for a project, but I do not have a camera yet. I want a camera where I can manually set the aperture and exposure.
Could the film possibly be used in my Tachihara 4x5? And if so how?

Any advice on this film and how to handle it would be wonderful.

Same thing for me, I got a stash. I used it just normally, camera gave me no choice. I let it just develop 3x the time. But my stash started to dry out and I have 500 sheets that are worthless.

It is peel-apart film.
For a 4x5 camera you would need a Polaroid 405 back which itself is Graflok compatible so your camera back would need to be the same.
I have had an old pack or two and the main problem was lack of blacks even with exposing at lower ISO values. I didn't try longer development times , so maybe that is the key.
If you have all the compatible kit just give it a go. You could also get something like a Polaroid 2xx, 3xx, 4xx camera and try it with that.

Before investing in any further equipment, test a sample if the processing gel still can be spread.
If you cannot do it impovised you might test it at someone who has the appropriate back.
If it still spreads, test if it processes well.

I will open a pack and see if the chemicals are still good to go. Maybe a friend has a camera that will be compatible.

If you take the Polaroid 405 back route then pay attention that the image location is on the roller side and not in the middle. Your back may come with a film that you can overlay over your ground glass.

If your friend does not then you can send it to me and if it works, I will send you FC100C in return. If not then it is a lost cause.
