I'd like to try this technique but wondering if 6x6 is too small to bother?

Does anyone have any good links or info on lifting?

and kathleen carr's books both are good references and well worth the money.

6x6 is a little small, 4x5 is better. You could start to experiment with 6x6 - there is a "learning curve" with the technique.

Try http://www.polaroid.com then "Creative Techniques:How to".

This isn't quite the way I have done it, but it works (so does my way )

We also do them with the 669 film which is much smaller than 4 x 5 but just as much fun. Much more colorful than a transfer.

wow, i didnt realise you could tone them aswell, that should have been obvious.

thanks for the info

you can also use slide film, place in a daylab to enlarge to what ever size you wish, depending on the base size of the daylab of course.

Thanks Melisa (and Ann and Ole and kchittenden)! Something I 've wanted to try for a while but never knew it was so easy (relatively speaking).
