Has anyone here modified there polaroid camera to shoot 4x5 Film

There are a few folks that modify those cameras commercially.

A google search 'polaroid camera modification 4x5' will get you a lot of info...including YouTube videos.

Lots of people have done this (one hilariously thinks he is the only one allowed to do it). Mine is about 90% finished.
