From what I understand, all the machinery for making 55/665 was scrapped during the Petters days. So it ain't gonna happen no way no how because the cost of re-building the machinery is not something any sane investor is going to support - they'd get maybe 1-2% ROI after 20 years because the up-front costs would be so high.

Yeah, Edwin Land's Polaroid is gone, relegated to the dustbin of history. If you want new instant analog products, look elsewhere.

Sounds like a di---l camera with a little printer attached to it that has Polaroid printed on it.
