Scott, all of the old oscillocope cameras had them. Look around the lab where you work, there's probably some laying around. I probably have some out in the shop too if you need one. I used to sell them on ebay but with the demise of polaroid products it has gotten sort of pointless. So you have a supply of 669?

I think this statement is a bit misleading. Polaroid products are still available and in current production, just not as many products as they used to make.

Freestyle sells 669, and the Fuji equivalent. Would that I worked in a lab that has them- I'm still doing software design for the military. Now it's at Headquarters Marine Corps, just up the hill from the Pentagon, next to the three-legged dead spider (google Air Force Memorial to see what I mean). Let me know how much you want for a packfilm adapter.

BTW Scott. It's a great camera, I love taking mine out every so often and exercising it. Usually down in Pacific Grove, CA where I can pretend I am Weston. When I run out of loaded film holders (and it takes the wider slotted ones), I use a 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 roll film adapter. If you find one, make a clear plastic sheet with the 2x3 lines drawn on it for the reflex view panel.

669 is still around, it just takes crappy pictures. I have heard the Fuji film is much better tonality wise. I'll drag out my rb67 polaroid holder one day and give it a try.

Anyone have any idea if there are such animals? What film pack holder(s) are there out there that fit 669? I'm getting a quarter-plate Graflex SLR and would like to shoot some Polaroid and/or Fuji with it.
Dear Scott,

I've done this with mine, but in order to get the Polaroid back close enough to the film plane you have to disassemble part of the back. It's reversible -- just removing screws -- and when you've done it, an oscilloscope pack just drops straight on and can be held in place with elastic bands (!).

Having said that, once I'd done it, I used it far less than I expected.

Cheers,

Roger

Scott, I did a shake down of my junk boxes and came up empty. On Ebay, do searches for Polaroid CU-5 and DS-34 cameras. The one with the black plastic polaroid back is what you want. The earlier metal backs are hard to adapt. The black one is simply held on by 8 screws. Good luck. Why not buy that (there was a url link here which no longer exists) and use aerial recon 70mm film in the GrafleX. Make me an offer I can't refuse :D:D

Here's a Tektronix C4 camera that has a sweet little Tominon 105mm lens in a quite useable Copal 0 shutter plus the correct Polaroid back for you. I never paid more than about $40 for these but haven't watched what prices are doing for a while.
