Hi all,
I recently aquired a 'POLAROID 600SE' camera with a Polaroid instant film back. Never having used "Instant Film" before, I would now like to order some 'FUJI FP-100B SUPER' instant black/white film just to give this camera a run.
My question is:
Would the Fuji film mentioned above fit the Polaroid back I have on the '600SE' camera? I have an empty Polaroid film pack and the stated image area of 73mm. x 95mm. from the Fuji film spec seems to fit this empty pack's format exactly.
Does anybody out there have any experience with this particular film/camera combination? Would I be OK going with an order of 'FUJI FP-100B' film for the 'POLAROID 600SE' back?
The Fuji film will fit the 600se. I have used it with no problems. I shot 110c as well as 100b at rated speed and followed printed timing for the pull. Have fun!
Yes; Fuji 3x4 pack films work in these, and any other Polaroid back I have used, including Land Cameras, Mamiya Universal (basically the same exact camera you have, but has a different lens mount and also takes roll film), Mamiya RZ, Mamiya 645, and my Polaroid pack film back for 4x5 cameras.
Just so all of you know...FP100B 4x5/10 Sheet packs are going to be available in the USA as of May 10th, 2009 for purchase by USA dealers. if you need Type 54 this is your ticket. Although it is a pack film not a sheet film.
