Cameras/s?, Films? Lens/es? To my personal way of thinking (and seeing) three photographs (one in each set of cities) stand notably above the rest.

Thanks for all the kind words all
I shot around 40 rolls of portra 800 (although I wish I had shot 400 instead) and maybe 15-20 tri-x 35mm and probably another 20 rolls in 120. In Baltimore I used a wide angle rolleiflex, but everywhere else I used a Leica mp with 28 Summicron. I shot some medium format color but didn't get anything really with the Rollei outside of Baltimore despite my efforts.
When I was around 5 years old, we lived near Baltimore. I remember two things very clearly:
It was a different world then.
- In the days before television was common on the weekends and evenings for families would sit on the marble steps, called "stoops", and talk to everyone else on the street. There was a sense of community.
- Every Saturday morning early the women would be at the stoops with scrub brushes and buckets scrubbing them clean. Pride was taken in having ones stoop very white and shiny.
