Anyone have an idea on how to operate this lens?

Ok I think I have it figured out...somewhat. At the top is T and i which is time and "instantaneous ". And the lever on the left (in image) is the shutter release...in either direction. On the right is a rotating wheel for setting apurture with four settings (1-4). Of course this doesn't help me unless I can find out what all those settings represent. 1 might be F3.5 but don't know. 4 might be F16...? Hmmm, I wonder if there is any 127 film around?

John...this is a different lens than your manual. My lens has only one shutter speed...maybe 1/60th? I think the aperatures are F11 - F32. More research is needed.
