Has anyone had any experience with the Opticfilm 8200i scanners?

Not with the 8200i. I used an older version (7500i) for a bit, and it had decent image quality, about 4000 PPI true resolution. Prone to some chromatic aberration.

The significant drawback I saw to it was the lack of automatic frame advance.
