please recommend one minor white book.

the books i can find (second hand) are somewhat pricey.
so, if you could only buy one of his books (or books about him) which one would it be and why?
btw. i feel especially attracted to "mirrors messages manifestations" .
i do not know why, but its pricier than others.. for what reason?
if someone here has a copy to sell, please let me know.

Mirrors is pricier because it's scarcer. rites and passages is very good and cheap.

although i wonder, once the zone system has been understood, the use of tools to set up the proper values within your workflow, and the understanding of +- development. how much more is there to it?
i really wonder how it can fill a book of 100+pages...
i dont want to sound bold or pretend i have totally understood the details, just curious..

but yeah, i am fascinated by minor whites character so far, and i am gonna look out for it. thanks

I like a book that I only discovered recently in a library - Minor White: A Living Remembrance, published by Aperture in 1984. It has a lot of interesting photos - by him; of him; and also by the people who are writing short pieces about their relationship with him. Some contributors are Harry Callahan, Frederick Sommer, Robert Adams and Eugene Richards, among others.

amazing! i will have to think this over for a bit...
and i found the book for very little money, but is not yellow with stripes, but two colored. cream white and kind of brown. i guess its the first edition.
