This film Svema DS-4 manufactured from the 50's until 90's , very much like its German counterpart Orwocolor is based on the old Agfacolor material. It is not compatible with the C-41 process. You could try to get hold of some Orwocolor chemistry to develop it properly. If you develop it in c-41 chemistry the colors will be off, lights will yield a yellow tint, shadows a blue tint, contrast will be high. If you develop yourself you might want to take the temperature down a bit to not risk melting off the gelatine layer. All this is based on my friends' experiences who came across a few rolls of the same film last year. A quick search in terms of development times and temps yielded the following (Orwo guidelines)
