Looks like a Fuji Natura but as I don't own one, not sure?

Sorry, I meant a Klasse W, not Natura. Nice camera, but reputed to be very slow focusing.

For his Shibari work, I wouldn't think that would be a problem!

Araki has also been spotted with a Pentax MZ-S and various other cameras. Of the other Provoke era Japanese photographers, Daido Moriyma was most closely associated with Ricoh GR film cameras in later years, before moving onto Ricoh and Nikon digital compacts, I don't know what film cameras Daido used previously. Takuma Nakahira was filmed with a Canon F-1 before he died in 2015, that looked as though he'd had it for many years. Also photographed with a Nikon F in the 1960s.
