The development process was carried out carefully according to time and temperature, and the developer was completely new and had not been used before, but I noticed, that all the negatives look very light, very light in color, almost close to the color of transparent white, and I noticed that the words and signs of Ilford that are on The sides of the negatives were very light.

Looks to me like there's a shutter problem., assuming it's a focal plane shutter. Looks like the second curtain is hitching in the middle of its travel. But it also looks a bit like a hinge light leak - and even a bit like light leaking into the film canister through the felt.

Does the fogging extend into the rebate area, or only in the image area?
I agree with Don that it looks like a probable shutter problem, based on the samples.

Rather than trying to solve a mystery when there really isn’t enough information… how about asking the person to shoot a roll of fresh film and have better evidence from which to ascertain the nature of the problem.

I’m not too sure what part of the film is being shown. To me it looks potentially misloaded or as if the back was opened with film still in the camera. Plus everything is out of focus…

That is definitely the detail required to distinguish whether it is a shutter issue, or accidental exposure by opening the camera or cassette. The fact that it doesn't affect all frames even though they seem to be made in similar light conditions makes me favour the accidental exposure hypothesis.

In some pictures I noticed this and that at the same time and in some pictures the problem was only in the middle of the picture.
The picture of the Mercedes is the last picture in the roll, and it is the only picture that seems to be somewhat acceptable.
Does this have any explanation?

Yes brother you are right.
, I actually noticed that there is a part of the negative that I completely regret, it seems as if the young man opened the camera door by mistake during filming.

There is a part in the negative that really looks like the photographer opened the camera door by mistake, at the same time it seems that the rear curtain is not okay in all cases and is defective,
The problem seems double, there is a problem with the camera and at the same time, a human error occurred as a result of opening the camera door during filming.
