I can't think of anything to report with regard to image quality (they're both great...the attached image is from the Plaubel). But ergonomically and work-flow-wise, I'd like to give the Plaubel +2 (for the much better hand-holdability, and the inability to forget to take out the dark-slide...there isn't one to take out), and the Silvestri +1 (it has the best bubble level system I've ever seen on a camera, since you see the bubble doing its thing as you're looking through the viewfinder). Cost was perhaps a bit more for the Silvestri, but I don't recall a huge difference.
Please excuse the poor framing, but I was using the wrong size viewfinder (I have the roughly the right size coming in the mail...a Voigtlander 21mm/25mm).
Oh, and mega-brownie points for anyone who recognizes either the architect or the building. Hint: it made it on to a Canadian postage stamp.
I just remembered another +1 for the Silvestri: you can switch between 6x9 and 6x7 and 645, whereas you're stuck with 6x9 for the Plaubel.
