Why are since a long time no platinum papers avaliabel as far as I know?

The Palladium Co. Still manufactures pt/pd paper. Given the array of papers available experienced printers prefer to coat their own.

It's not "The Palladium Company", but "The Palladio Company". They don't seem to be selling Platinum/Paladium precoated paper at this time. But, you never know.
