Planning space for 8x10 enlarger

I'm planing a new darkroom and would like to allow for enlarging 8x10 negatives, using a vertical or horizontal arrangement... Could anyone give me the dimensions for the DeVere 5108 enlarger, and any other factors I need to take into account, e.g. ceiling height?
