Not to bring a fight, but a few quick searches of the US Patent office produced nothing for pinhole photographic cameras. I'm far from an expert in reseaching patents, but it seems so common place that it would be impossible to be granted one in the US. Searching ebay it looks like the Zero Image cameras are also gone, don't know if that's due to stock or the complaint against 8banners. Hopefully they can work things out. Basically it's the differences that set them apart, they are both a basic box built out of wood. They both use roll film, and they both capture images. Your review points out the differences very well.
