Has anyone here ever attended the Pingyao Photography Festival? It is held in Pingyao, China, which is west/northwest of Beijing. I think this year will be the 5th. I would like to attend, and I have seen on one online listing a published date of September 16, 2006, but the official Pingyao festival website has not been updated since 2004. If anyone knows any information about it, either past or present, I would greatly appreciate it.
