pin registration, vacuum frames, etc

I'm curious about pin registration for multiple gum printing and color carbon, etc. Any one have any good links or suggestions for further research? Anyone making this work with vacuum easels? Also, any links for DIY construction of vacuum frames would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I use this system Dead Link Removed as they're local to the Twin Cities and I've had no problem using the shortest pins (0.055") in my vacuum frame.
