there is a place selling a good crap load of lens that come attache with fully tested and functioning SHUTTERS...at very low prices. 2-250 for the expensive ones... This has raised a few thoughts of getting one and piecing a camera together but a few thoughts come to mind..

First, how many 4x5 cameras came with slr style eye level finders.. i have seen a few photos of speed graphix with mamiya style wire loop "sport view finders" and have seen a mention to a LF camera with eye level finder.

Do the roll film backs for say the graflex 4x5 to use 120 and 220 film really make it a worth while investment? sheet film is priced like your need to start running a brothel as a side business in order to afford it as its somewhat priced like a divorce lawyer is these days.
