Phottix Mitros + Nikon radio not working

Hi!

I would like to find out how to fix my Phottix Mitros + Nikon flashes.

The problem: When I set up my two flashes for radio trigger mode the on camera flash doesn't fire all time. It flashes only 2-3 times out of 10.
I am using them with my Nikon d3.
I have two flash units, both of them Phottix Mitros + for Nikon. I use them the way that one of them (on camera) triggers the other one (off camera) via radio.

The problem is that the one on the camera flashes only 2-3 times out of 10 shots. I have set the output at low level and I have freshly charged batteries.

I have swapped the two flashes using the off camera as on camera but I am facing the same problem.

I have used the flashes this way for a month without any problem. This problem started last weekend at a wedding.

Please let me know how I you have experienced something like this.

Also, how do you have Phottix fix this issue. Have you ever dealt with Phottix customer support?

Update. I found out that the problem is with one of the flashes only. The flash stopped working at all. It doesn't pop when I press the "Test" button....
