Is anyone familiar with the "55" series published by Phaidon?

This is a great series of small format books dedicated to various photographers.

The reason I ask is that while looking at a photographer's work I often wonder how he achieved what he did (mainly in terms of print manipulation, but not only that). The problem is that there's no way of asking APUG members for their ideas on any given photograph without a common (and decent) reproduction in front of them. Soooooooo, I was wondering whether anybody else has any of this series or would be willing to buy them (they're cheap @ $10.00 a book) and then discuss the techniques these guys employ? I know my darkroom techniques would benefit if something like this could be organzied.

Yes, I came across them about a week ago. I immediately bought Eadweard Muybridge and Josef Sudek. I'll surely buy some more later on.

Careful, Ole, they're addictive! I've got 7 of them and can tell right now I'd have been better off just getting the entire series.
