I happen to use 130 at 1:3 dilution, giving me enough for an oversize 16X20 tray. So I'll give you the formula for 500 ml of stock solution. Simply double that for a full liter of undilute stock solution if that works out better for your own needs.

hot water 350 ml
metol 1 g
sodium sulfite 25 g
hydroquinone 5 g
sodium carbonate mono 40 g
fresh glycin 5 g
water to raise total volume to 500 ml

(As usual, add a tiny pinch of sodium sulfite to the hot water first, prior to the metol).
