I see that the photographer is an eccentric and out of norm. I can even go so far as weird and rude. However.... from this intern's video post, I also see she was expecting to be treated as a fully capable employee - which she is not. She was an intern - a learning position. I really don't see anything she was asked to do, that much out of line. Sometimes, a photographer got to do what she/he got to do - excluding, of course, things that are illegal.
I'd like to hear the photographer's side of story before making judgment. This is one sided. I have no idea if 100% of what she says is true, and what may have transpired leading up to each of the key point she makes.
She also left me with a very negative impression. She says "she (the photographer) didn't THANK ME" when she was quitting with almost no notice. What was she expecting? I think, this girl is doing her more damage than posting this video for everyone to see. While none of us know who this photographer is, everyone will recognize this intern. Her future potential employer may see this video and some of them will think twice about hiring her.
So far, I see this as an intern holding a grudge against an employer whom she feels didn't treat her per her standard.
