Frankly if I were you, I would have it printed locally so that you can inspect it and then ship it yourself between sheets of corrugated cardboard or better yet plastic. It might cost a little more but then they are paying for you to send your best work.
I ended up going with a website called "Photoweb" that ships prints all over europe and wasn't too pricey. Looking forward to see what the print looks like when the buyer gets it! If she's not happy I'll refund her, get a refund and try something else.
I see the decision has been taken, but I can give a top of mind list of services. Mostly webs are in spanish and you can find a list of the services, some of these may not do finishing (Copia = copy/print, Impresión = print)Europe`s major photofinisher is CEWE. They have plants/dependancies in whole Europe (except Italy).

Hi! I am from Spain, although haven't used many lab services for the last years since I live in northern Europe. I think it's better to do something in the continent, or even more local if possible. With the current situation, some transport links are problematic. UK-EU has been (or fortunately was) very problematic due to the new lockdown. Within the country things do work rather ok, but there may be delays.

Carmencitalab (Valencia): they are one of the new type of film hybrid lab but do "fine art" inkjet prints
lab35 (Madrid): Newer type of film lab, they advertise prints
Interphoto (Madrid): Old school film lab with full choice of services, also optical darkroom printing BW and RA4 + machine C-prints.
Copia lab (Barcelona): B&W boutique lab with fine art color printing and traditional B&W printing.
VMFoto (Barcelona): Film and digital lab. Seems like they do inkjet and C-prints.
More EU wide industrial labs are CEWE, Saal and Whitewall
When I go on the website to try it out, the maximum format for the print is 13 x 18 (ridiculously small) - and also it's impossible to order just one product to ship to the client if the product isn't "expensive enough" (small format etc). In this regard, it would make it an unusable solution for my needs.
