This is the Photo-Lab Index "Lifetime Edition". In its time it was our bible. Reference data on all photographic products, film, chemistry, formulae, paper, techniques, equipment, even presentation, organized into multiple sections assembled in a hard cover blue binder. This copy is the "Lifetime Edition" issued 1957, updated through 1963. $30 plus shipping -- it weighs five pounds.

I'd buy it just for the huge number of mistakes and typos, but postage to the UK is far more than it's worth.
