My wife Eva and I run a local photo group called The Click Collective. We will be having a group show June 12 – July 10 at the BBAC. We've all been working pretty hard for this, and it should be a great showing of varied work.

There will be 12 artists represented, all interpreting the theme of dreams. Eva & I will have 10 to 12 pieces in the show - she & I worked collectively on all of our shots (and managed not to kill each other in the process!).

Drop by if you can - of course we will be there at the opening. We'd love feedback in any form ... let us know what you think!

Excellent! Congratulations to the both of you! I may already be up north prepping for Photostock, but I'll do my best to make the open if I am still here in the Motor.

A little taste of what the show will include - both darkroom images, the first from my wife and I and the second from one of the photographers in our group, the talented Silke Seybold.

I will upload the flyer once it comes back from our graphic designer.

Congratulations !!
Hope you will bring some samples for us to see end of month.

Thanks everyone - hope you can all make it. For those at the Cleveland meet this month, we should have prints with us to show. Of course, it will only be a fraction of what is going to be up at the BBAC for the show.

Just a reminder that the opening is this Friday. Got the exhibit hung over the weekend and it looks great.

13 photographers in our photo group and at least 60 works being shown. I'm also being told that other galleries in the building are having their opening on the same day, so it should be quite an interesting event.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks Bethe! We're pretty excited.

We've got prints that will be up at Photostock for anyone who will miss the opening (just prints of our work of course though).

Great!

Eva & Jeff! Lotsa work, that many prints!

Wish I got out more....as John asked, any chance of seeing samples in July here in Cleveland?

Jo

Have a GREAT Opening!!!!!!!! Best wishes from Dolly, the girls and me. Break a tooth pick stuck in an olive. I never liked the break a leg thing.

Thanks John. It went great! The show will still be up for another month.

Thanks to all that made it to the opening - it was good to see everyone. If anyone wants to come and see it, let me know when you're going and we can meet up.

Details??? Was there a lot of traffic through the doors? I'm sure it was very gratifying to finally open the doors after all that work. Congratulations, Jeff. (and Eva, too)

See you in another week or so.

Cheers,

We had about 500-600 people come through. Lots of positive feedback for all the artists, and the other galleries in the building opened at the same time. Everything seemed to mesh well together. The gallery has expressed interest in having us back for another show in a year or two when the calendar permits.

There was also a group with a lot of cyanotypes on handmade paper, a person doing some interesting paper art and another with South American hybrid artwork. It was all pretty interesting.
