Philips PDT 022 timer?

Ive got this darkroom timer, apparently a Philips PDT 022.

I got it together with lots of other stuff and I havent got a clue how it works, I've got no manual. I do know it can be connected to the enlarger, so it should be capable of controlling exposure. Here's an image of the timer:

There are some rings on it, buttons and a light meter.
I've tried looking for it on the internet but there is nearly no info about it, but there might be people out here that own one too.

Could someone tell me how this thing works? A timer shouldnt be so hard to use, and I think its a pretty nice timer once I have it under control.

I also have the manual somewhere, will look for it.
I also started with this timer but found out that I needed a timer that can be more precise than seconds.

Now I use a time that can do 0.1 parts.

I dont have experience with this unit, but with your description it sounds like an integrated analyser and timer.

The rings might be potentiometers? to allow you to calibrate the time you need, as determined with a test print series, with the time that the thing predicts you need until the two coincide. It likely senses colour too, so changing a filter in multigrrrade printing may throw things off. It was likely made to do ep/2 or RA4 printing.
