Phenidone is a developing agent. Similar developing agents include Dimezone and Dimezone-S. Argentix does stock phenidone, however. The online store may look a little clunky, but it's easy to use once you get used to it. I have placed about a half-dozen orders from Argentix, and have been totally satisfied. The prices are great, and the owner, Jacques is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them; very reputable.
