Is there a place where I could find of table of pH of different developers and various dilutions of developers?

Manufacturers data sheets usually have that information. There is a 'sticky' thread here covering sources of Ilford and Kodak information, or just look directly on each manufacturers website. If that is unclear then it should still be possible to telephone their professional support lines, or use e-mail or snail mail.

Developers are usually divided into classes. For example, low pH (pH 8 to 9.5) high sulfite fine grain developers, those for MF or LF which are usually carbonate based (pH9.5 to 11) and developers like Rodinal (pH 12 to 13)
