PF's 1027 developer 1:14 times for 4x5 Tri-X sheet

Hello,
I'm using the 1027 developer from Photographer's Formulary at a strength of 1:14, and also utilizing Massive Development charts for suggested developing times.
The film I'm using Tri-X 400 4x5 sheet film isn't listed. The closest is Kodak's 320 with a developing time of 10 minutes.
Should I assume the 400 is + one stop more development @ 30% or 13 minutes if I'm also shooting at 400?
