PermaJet OHP + epson r2400 settings?

Does anyone know what the optimum settings for the epson r2400 and PermaJet OHP film are? I've just ordered myself 20 shets of A4 :confused:

I've gone and downloaded a quad tone rip 'thingamy' too, will this help?
