I've recently bought an old mamiya C220 medium format camera but I don't have a light meter or any experience using one. What I do have in the way of film is a Nilon F65. Now my question is this...Could I use the F65 as a kind of meter for taking evening/night shots? At least until I'm used to using the Mamiya? I have them both loaded with fuji velvia 50 so if I use the F65's meter reading for my Mamiya exposure, then perhaps bracket around it, will it get me close to a good exposure?
Basically, will the F65's meter suggestions transpose to the Mamiya? I'm not sure if there's any difference between ISO 50 135 and 120 film.
Any advice greatly appreciated
