Question is next: I dilute Perceptol 1:1, in my case it would be 250ml stock developer and 250 ml water to get 500ml working solution. Of course that dilution would be used as one shot developing. But! my developing tank can contain 2 35mm films or 2 120 films at one time (Jobo). So, can I develop 2 35mm or 2 120 films in that 500ml solution, or 1:1 Perceptol solution is OK only for one film?

2 films, no problem. The vast majority of ANY developer is used to wet the film quickly and evenly. Exhaustion of the developing agents is not an issue except with some VERY great dilutions, and what normally happens there is that the developer oxidizes, rather than being exhausted by use.
With reference to your 'tag', being crazy probably helps one to live anywhere. It's just that some people recognize it and others don't.
