Pentax z-20

I have bought a s/hand Pentax Z-20 and the only instruction manuals I have located are overseas and will take some time to get. Can anyone here give me any info such as settinng the iso etc? Any help much appreciated.

Many thanks for the help Nick. It never occurred to me that it would have a different model number in the US. Over there it is a PZ-20, no wonder I was having so much trouble finding any info. I now have a manual to read. Much appreciated.
