Pentax repair

I have recently got my hands on a Pentax K 1000 with 2 lenses. I can see a *little* fungus on one of the lenses and the other one does not stop down when I press the lever. Also, the camera body could use a CLA. Can someone please recommend a good place where they would service Pentax? I am located in Columbia, SC.
