I got a used pentax 67II, which has a non metering prism.
Do the metering, AE prisms have a diopter adjustment built in, or is that an additional thingy?

I see where the prices for these are really up there, don't know if I will spring for one or not.
Are they that helpful? I am shooting outdoors and in a landscape setting mostly.

Yes they do have diopter adjustment buit in. I really like my prism! The meter is super accurate! This was my whole reason for upgrading to the Pentax 67II body.

The TTL finder is very useful. I very much like the +/- 3 stops display and the spot metering mode. I also have a separate Sekonic spot meter but never use it for the Pentax. If you have the custom function enabled, you also get an aperture display but you need to calibrate it every time you use a lens with a different maximum aperture. No big deal, takes about 2 seconds. You bought an excellent camera. I have been using mine since it was introduced in 1998.
