Another from a tote of cmaeras i recently came across, a pentax lx good either for parts, or as a project.
This poor thingwas in a poorly stored toe. When I got it, the mirror would not work. After repeatedly working it, the mirror now works, for how long, who knows. It will need service.
The good
Shutter and meter with batteries seems to work correctly.
It has the diall data back, and when I put batteries in it, it seems to work. The battery check light works, and if you look in the mirror box when firing you can see a light flashing on.
Has the grip B
FB-1 finder with FD-1 eye piece.
SI-20 ( I think) focusing screen

I cannot get the finder to release and come off
The mirror box will need servicing, and it has gummy mirror bumpers. ( common failing with this camera apparently.)
So, if you have an lx and want a data back, grip, and screen, this is a score. If you want a cheap lx to either fix yourself, send off to get serviced, or have one for parts this is a good deal.
