Pentax K1000 question

Hello, everyone:

I recently inherited a Pentax K1000 which I have wanted to have for a long time. It needs a CLA (the exposure meter may not work too well, and the film counter is stuck); the shutter speeds seem to be OK. My questions:
a.) About how much should I be looking at for a CLA?

b.) If my local pro shop can't do it, do you have recommendations for repair shops that can handle the work, and do mail order?
