Searches were done and nothing resulted. So, just for the record, a panoramic kit came with a Pentax 6x7 I bought. It says it is 24x66. That is 2.75 so it qualifies to be here. The kit uses 35 mm film in the 120 format camera. There is a viewfinder mask and a mask that fits inside the camera. There are 4 metal nubs to center spools. It works great. I've used it to shoot flash pictures indoors at night. 13 images are had on a 24 exposure roll and 19 on a 36 roll. I add leader and back roll it into the can.

These Chinese-made conversion kits have been around for a long time. They are readily found on eBay and at swap-meets. I personally can't see the reason though for hobbling the large 6x7 format with 35mm, other than novelty value. If one wants panoramic images, the Hasselblad X-Pan does it much better than the 6x7 with zero risk to the camera through conversion.
