that Eric does not work on 67ii's any more. I did email him and ask, and there was no response.
Is there any other place that will repair these cameras, preferably in Canada? I have talked to Pentax Canada, and they said they no longer work on film cameras. I tried Sun Camera in Toronto and they said it would have to be sent to Japan for repairs and they could do that for a $150 freight charge, which seemed a bit steep to me. I did look up Pentax Japan, and it said their repairs were for domestic Japanese customers only.
You could try contacting Horst Wenzel in Vancouver. He doesn't do email and has been scaling back his repair work, but his work on mechanical cameras is excellent, and for at least some cameras he has some parts.
He is listed in the "phonebook" here: http://www.canada411.ca/res/6042635820/Horst-Wenzel/420846372.html - call him and he will probably be able to tell you on the phone whether he can help.
As an aside, the 67II is the most unreliable camera I own, I've had it repaired three times (twice for film transport), and I doubt I've put more than 25 rolls of film through the thing.
i sent mine off last week to Precision Camera Works in Chicago. they did a great job with my mamiya 6. they said they will work on the P67ii. i haven't got the camera back yet for what its worth
