Does it have the attachment hardware on the back? Maybe another photo showing the backside would be a good idea, or show it attached to a camera. Then I would be interested. thanks ---john

Hi John, it does include the attachment hardware on the back side.
Here's a photo on the camera. I'll take another one of the locking mechanism in the back and share that in a few.
