I purchased an RB67 in January and have shot it 3 times, yet my Mamiya 645af and my TLR get weekly use - so, I'm thinking of selling the RB67 and going with a Pentax 67ii which I think would definitely get used! So here is the question, is their any camera that is similar to the pentax 67ii (with a built in meter)?

Lacks a meter, though.

Do you really need a 6x7, given that you're getting plenty of use out of what you already have?

There are lots of 6x7 cameras. If you are unhappy with the RB/RZ concept, the Pentax 67II indeed should be your best choice if you want a SLR. The Bronica GS-1 has the box design of the Mamiyas (without the revolving back) and offers much less lenses than the Pentax. There are also rangefinder 6x7 cameras like the Mamiya 7II, the Plaubel Makina 67/670/W67, and the Voigtlaender/Fuji folder. From my point of view, these are not really alternatives to the Pentax 67II, rather complements. I use two 6x7 cameras for landscape photography. The P67II is by far the most versatile and my favourite camera overall. I also use a Linhof Studienkamera with 6x7 revolving back when tilt is required (and for the fun of using it). Joachim
