This kit will allow you to use P67 lenses as a shift lens on any P645 body.

I not only used the shift adapter when I wasn't able to get out a 4x5 camera, but also at times handheld. It worked great, and I'm only selling because I haven't used film in a while... I've never seen another used pro shift adapter, so trying to price this all fairly(considering the adapter alone is over $2k new).

Can 45mm focus up close OK, what filter thread 67?
