Late model Pentacon 6TL with the brighter focusing screen. Includes: 80mm/2.8 Biometar, 50mm/4 Flektogon, WLF, non-metered prism finder, UV filters & lens hoods. Glass is clean and clear. This is a super nice P6 without any mechanical, optical or cosmetic issues. No film spacing problems, just load it properly (http://www.pentaconsix.com/Loading.htm) and you are good to go.
