PDN and photoshop--

OK this is probably more of a straight photoshop question but it is in the context of the PDN system. I have little experience with PS and navigation around it for me is clumsy at best. Never really needed to use it until now as lightroom was more than adequate. I have printed out my tonal palette from the PDN system, opened the scanned image in Photoshop and averaged out each square. I am now trying to read the tonal values with the info palette. I just can't seem to see where i can get a reading to populate my spreadsheet. Everything seems to be in %'s. I have tried every setting i can find. I am sure this is quite easy, but it is eluding me and I am at a stopping point until I figure it out.
