Having finally got all the chemicals for PC-TEA in the UK now I have just made up my first batch. I am now excited to use it for various 35mm films I use such as FP4+, Neopan 400, Pan F+, Acros and others. For any UK people, I got TEA from www.mistralni.co.uk in Northern Ireland - great experience and fast delivery plus they also do glycol and other solvents too.
But what I have noticed is that there is not much information about times / EI's etc and especially not in a centralised or easily retrievable format such as in the Massive Development Chart. What I have also noticed is a range of conflicting views on what times to adapt - some people say times are close to xtol either 1+1 or 1+2, others says D-76. Obviously I will have to experiment to get my own personal times anyway but finding a place to start is more tricky than I anticipated.
What I also noticed was that there are no times in the APUG chemical recipe section.
So, two thoughts:
1. Can anyone help me with some starting times for any films - I use a diffusion enlarger with a colour head
2. Would it be helpful if I (or someone else for that matter) tabulated some of these times and experiences in one easy to access place for the APUG recipe section?
Many thanks!
