Paxina Camera c1950/54. Any Good??

I have recently bought a (Been through the wars a little bit !) Paxina Camera, made by Braun, Germany, c1950 - 1954. Takes 120 film.

I know it is a basic, mass produced camera etc., but before I put a roll of fil though it, it it any good??

Comes with a Paxanar 75mm, f/7.7 achromat lens. (Takes 25mm push filter).

Your thoughts please....

I have a Paxina 29, it can be useful when a light weight is important. Here is a review with downloadable big images, for my purposes landscapes are adequately sharp at f11.
Maybe the Paxanar lens will be satisfactory at f11.
