I just saw this when I went to the site for some tech specs. Amazing guy with a very diverse and unique career path. He didn't start designing lighting gear until he was 46!

My UltraZap units have been one of the best investments I've ever made in my 17 years in business. (Don't get me started on that large-format printer that I just had to have... My wife still gives me crap about that loser investment. )

Just another one of those guys that lives an amazing life and makes everyone else's better in the process.

Any friend of Frank Zappa is a friend of mine..

Yes. Paul Buff was an amazing man, and opened up the electronic flash market for so many. RIP, Paul.
