Can't you get that one? Most of us in the UK don't have a problem with posting to the US like US residents do with posting outside their country.

They pop up in UK a couple of times a month, but pretty rare elsewhere.
Got mine there for GBP 45 [USD 70ish] complete with the nifty motorised base.
